Anything you do picking up resources wise is a slow press of the key. Like they're artificially making it slower. Same for melee swing. You can't loot the bodies which is one of my guilty pleasures. The things they carry just appear in your inventory. Same for killing animals. You walk near the corpse and it just shows up in you inventory.
Be sure Steam and Ubi are linked and you can log in to your Ubi account. Exit Steam/Ubi and re-install the Ubi-launcher. Start/log in Steam/Ubi and start the game. (Steam install a outdated Ubi-launcher) and some players have more than 1 Ubi-accounts. The weird thing is that it launched fine for me the first time.
To open the Wheel Menu, it's usually by pressing Q. Could you double-check and see if the "Tips" within the options is turned off? Been trying to find an online map with all roosters, usbs, jewelry boxes, weapons e.t.c. Either I am too early or just can't find it.
The character asking me to suite up does not move out of the small hamlet where i contacted him. If I move too far from his location, the game forces me to restart that mission. There also seems to be no way to cancel the mission. So, I am stuck and unable to progress. I don't know what gear I am supposed to suite up with.

I tried to quit the FC6 Application and start again, but still the same confusion. I had this same issue, you need to download the DLCs from the PS / Xbox store to use them. Since you have the season pass they should be available to download for free. Yep yep. Go to whatever store and download.

Figured out why I couldn't look backward, I have a 3d mouse for modeling and I accidentally moved that and it messed up the view. Still don't know why I couldn't walk though, fixed it by restarting the game K5SrD.
