Hi I bought Rome 2 a couple of weeks ago (first total war game), and I want to get into multiplayer. However, I have a couple of questions for any vets out there willing to help a newbie out. How competitive is multiplayer? Like will I get absolutely destroyed in every lobby? Rome: Total War remains to be one of the greatest Total War games ever made. I am not here to discuss whether it’s better or not than Rome 2, but personally, I have no doubt that it actually is. No, fanboys – I don’t blame CA for all initial bugs and mistakes they “fixed” in 17 patches.

delete all parameters starting with gfx_ , paste in the parameters you copies from shogun 2 Step 2. If you skipped step 1 , i would recommend starting the game and lowering graphics setting to medium/high, disabling Alpha for vegetation.
