Progress not saving. I make progress in the game, save then close and the next time I open it the progress is gone. I tried turning off cloud sync in the Ubisoft connect app but that doesn't change anything. Already searched the internet for help to no avail. I can't play the game like this, if anyone knows whats happening hmu.
For those who are confused, this game does not utilize an instant save system but instead a checkpoint save system. So whatever you do, you better get to the next checkpoint before quitting, e.g. liberate a radio tower/free an outpost.

To convert the SKIDROW save file, run the file [FC4_SKIDROW_Save_Convertor.bat]. To convert other save files, run the file [FC4_Universal_Save_Convertor.bat]. Enter the menu item you want and press Enter. The final save file is created in the converter folder. Before using the received (converted) save, make a copy of your save.

So what you do now is copy the "1.save" & "2.save" files into those two folders we made earlier "Farcry 5 Solo play" & "Farcry 5 Co op play" Once you've them there you can copy and paste into the 1803 folder the ones you're going to use.
