I think you missed the point of my post. It's not about 30fps looking choppy in general but about the 30fps cutscenes looking choppy because in between those cutscenes you may be playing the game at a much higher framerate (80-90fps in my case) and I feel like they could have easily fixed that by making the cutscenes 60fps.
