You can use an AdBlue Audi/VW DEF fluid bottle to fill the tank. If you don't have one, they run about $15 from an Audi/VW dealer. It's a bottle that holds 1/2 gallon of fluid.

Exact same fault appeared 2 months ago. Audi dealer said the injector was blocked…they replaced the adblue injector free of charge as he said there was a small batch of bad adblue supplied by Audi that may have caused it. Need to contact them again to get new fault checked and confirm they actually drained the tank when putting new injector in. IY6B.
