Basically I feel much better and lost almost 45 pounds (22 kg). When I say that I did not have sugar, I mean the following: - No refined sugar in coffee, tea, etc. - No artificial sweeteners. - No fruit! (if I eat an apple, I want twenty more.) - No dairy! (Same as with fruit.) - No nuts (4 grams of sugar per 100 g!)
GFuelsays it has no sugar, and only 10 calories per large drink, plus it equates to about $1 per drink if you buy a $40 powder tub containing roughly 40 servings. I am 26 years old (200 lbs, 6' 4"), go to the gym frequently, and run 5 miles per day, and haven’t had any health issues (so far) with GFuel (no heart flutters, pain, etc).
Lets not beat around the bush here. Caffeine and sugar content are important factors, but the real issues that differentiate energy drinks from coffee are two factors: 1) the exceptionally high concentration of B vitamins, which within limits are healthy for you, but above an amount that's easy to exceed when consuming energy drinks, becomes toxic
OneBang Energy has 300mgs and two monsters has 320. There's not a big difference at all. I can assure you that you're fine now and you always will be, worry free 😁. I drink one Bang a day so yeah. thanks, that's very true, haha i can't believe one bang has 300mg of caffeine, i think i'll stick to the 160 mg monsters.
Thanksfor checking in. I still feel fine despite my lower back (non-energy drink issue, it was from am accident). Switching it up between monster, Rockstar, and C4. All sugar free versions. My routine has been largely the same since last year despite missing a couple months of physical activity due to my car accident.
Idrink sugar free monster and NOS all the time. Well maybe 1 can/day and zero issues losing weight or getting kicked out of ketosis. I also drink tons of water bc I know the dehydrating effects of caffeine. I find a redbull zero before lifting amazing, so I'll take any negative effects that come with it!!
