If nature is what you're looking for i guess Lombok is fine is that regard, Mt Rinjani, and the pink beach which i forgot the name of. You can go to Bali and avoid the common tourist area like Kuta which imo is probably going to be a better experience.

Lombok has various beautiful natural sceneries, especially the beaches (it is a small island). If you love natural environment, you should try Lombok, not Bali. Bali is much more developed than Lombok and it's very crowded. But in Lombok, you can enjoy your life, time, get relaxed, not so crowded.
